Julie Buckey, Phd, ACSW

President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Buckey holds a MSW and PHD from The Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, and a BA from Mercer University, Macon, GA. She has successfully worked with individuals and organizations to create, supervise, manage budgets and oversee services and product delivery to clients, staff, workgroups and students for 25 years. With a focus on moving individuals and groups into problem assessment, exploring and evaluating action alternatives to implement the best decisions into new systems with targeted results. Hailing from a  family of entrepreneurs, Dr. Buckey’s ultimate goal is to forge relationships of integrity and credibility to fulfill client needs, creating a win-win environment of mutual trust, respect, and understanding.

An award-winning researcher, published author, trainer, and educator, she embraces being a contributor to those long-awaited “Ah-Ha!” moments of individuals and groups.

George Jacinto, PhD, LCSW, MEd, BS, PLLC

Clinical Training and Education

Dr. Jacinto holds a PHD from Barry University, Miami, Master’s from the University of Idaho and The Florida State University, and BS from California State University, Fresno, CA. With 25 years of practice, education, and administrative experience as Program Director, Professor, and Board Member(s), Dr. Jacinto is sensitive to the dilemmas facing today’s organizational leaders and employees. Those combined perspectives supports his work to target desired organizational and individual/employee outcomes with a goal of greater individual understanding within organizations, specifically, with individuals and small groups. In addition to his private clinical practice, Dr. Jacinto is also an author, lecturer, and conference presenter of workshops covering a wide range of behavioral topics applicable to individuals, families, and groups.
